Secure Document Upload – Client Instructions

To begin your tax preparation with The Tax Doc, please choose **ONE** of the options below:

**Option A – PDF Forms**

• Download and complete the applicable Client Information Form (PDF)

• Email the completed PDF along with your tax documents to info@thetaxdoc.net

**OR**

**Option B – Online Intake 

• Complete the Fillable Client Information Form on this page

• Upload your tax documents using the Secure Document Upload tool below

Please do **not** submit both options.

Upload Guidelines:

• Individual files must not exceed 10 MB

• If uploading multiple files, the total combined size must not exceed 15 MB

• Accepted file formats include PDF, JPG, and PNG

• PDF format is preferred when available
